Cost of Rental: $100 for first 4 hours ($200 after Jan. 1st, 2008, for the first 5 hours), $25 per hour thereafter.

ALL RENTALS MUST END NO LATER THAN MIDNIGHT.

The following rules apply to all applicants:

THE APPLICANT (renter)

  1. Agrees to leave the premises clean and with no damages caused from your event.
  2. Agrees to hold harmless Freinds of Old St. Ferdinand for any loss or injury to person or property of APPLICANT and the guests of APPLICANT.
  3. Please arrange the table as you wish. We will take them down.

You will receive a pintable request page to print, sign and mail along with your full payment to complete the online HALL RESERVATION REQUEST.

Once you click "Submit" you will recieve a printable request page for you to print a copy to keep for your records and to print a second copy for you to sign and mail along with your payment.

Please sign the request page as part of your agreement and return it with your full payment. We must recieve your payment by mail for your Hall Reservation to be completed. (Full refund if event is cancelled.)
